This Shipping Policy explains how Luca Bay LLC (“Luca Bay,” “we,” “us”) ships orders placed on lucabay.com.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or international addresses at this time.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. If a shipping charge ever applies, it will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and rural areas, and during peak holiday seasons, may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in My Account.
Shipping delays
If we cannot ship your order within the time stated above, we will email you with a revised shipping date and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.
Duties and taxes
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Any import duties on your order are paid by us, so you will not be asked to pay additional fees at delivery. Applicable sales tax, if any, is shown at checkout.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to correct it before it ships. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment or a refund.
Lost, stolen or damaged packages
- If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property and with neighbors, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
- If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
