We want you to be happy with your Luca Bay purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.
Return window
You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging, with all parts and accessories
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
Items that have been trimmed, cut or otherwise modified (for example, a universal liner cut to fit your vehicle) cannot be returned unless they arrived defective.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, and you will not pay for return shipping.
How to start a return
Email lucas@lucabay.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back; returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
For returns that are not due to our error (for example, if you changed your mind), you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether it has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund 10 business days after it was approved, please check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us.
